Terms of use
These terms apply when you use any app or service published by CyberInnovate FZ-LLC (“CyberInnovate”, “we”). By installing or using an app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using our apps
- You may use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and any account credentials secure.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the apps or their services.
Not medical advice
Our apps support focus, routines and general wellbeing. They are not medical devices and do not provide diagnosis, treatment or body-composition measurement. Daily Body describes visible appearance only. Always follow the advice of a qualified health professional, and seek immediate help in an emergency.
AI-generated content
Some features generate suggestions or dialogue using AI. These can be wrong. Use your own judgement, and tell us when something is off.
Testing builds
TestFlight and other pre-release builds are provided for evaluation, may change or stop working without notice, and may lose data. Please don’t rely on them for anything important.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms, including refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your content
Anything you create in our apps remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it so the app works for you, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you. We do not guarantee the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CyberInnovate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
