Privacy policy
CyberInnovate FZ-LLC (“CyberInnovate”, “we”, “us”) builds apps that help people improve their focus, routines and wellbeing. This policy explains what our apps collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email privacy@cyberinnovate.ai and we will answer plainly.
The short version
- Your content stays on your device by default.
- We do not sell personal data, show ads, or track you across other apps.
- You can export or delete everything, any time.
What we collect
- Information you enter. Tasks, anchors, moods, notes and settings (Moss); body photos, pose references and tags (Daily Body). Stored on your device. Synced to our servers only if you turn sync on.
- Account details. Daily Body needs no account. Where an app offers sign-in, we store your email address and display name. Sign in with Apple is supported and you may hide your email.
- Health and activity data. Only if you explicitly grant access (for example to Apple Health) and only the categories you choose. Used to show you your own progress. Never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with data brokers.
- Photos (Daily Body). Stored encrypted on your device. Weekly summaries are computed from derived data such as outlines and measurements. Raw photos are sent to our AI provider only if you opt in for that session, and are deleted after processing.
- Usage and diagnostics. Anonymous crash reports and basic usage events so we can fix bugs. Not linked to your identity.
- Purchases. Handled by Apple or Google. We receive a receipt confirming your entitlement, never your card details.
- This website. Hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs for security. We run no analytics scripts and set no tracking cookies. Your theme choice is stored only in your browser.
How AI features work
Some features send text (or, with your opt-in, derived image data) to an AI model to generate suggestions, summaries or companion dialogue. The app tells you before the first use. We send only what the feature needs, we do not use your content to train AI models, and our providers are contractually required not to retain it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not show third-party advertising or share data with ad networks.
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We do not make medical, diagnostic or body-composition claims from your data.
Where your data lives
Most of your data stays on your device. Where sync or backup is offered and turned on, data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest. If you delete the app, your account or your data, synced copies are deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Your choices
- Export or delete your data from the app’s settings, or by emailing us.
- Revoke Health, camera, notification or other permissions from your device’s Settings at any time.
- Ask what we hold about you; we reply within 30 days.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you inside the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
