Starting counts. Nobody is behind.
A daily companion for people with ADHD — a small sloth who moved in from a place where everything was fast, and now lives through your day with you. Not a coach, not a tracker.
The problem
Most productivity apps hand you a list and leave. For an ADHD brain that list becomes a wall: everything is equally urgent, nothing has a start, and every unchecked box says you’re behind.
Moss was built on one rule: one thing in front, the day behind. It may put one thing forward; it may never pretend the rest doesn’t exist, and it may never count it at you.
A day, not a to-do list
Moss walks the day with you in four parts, and does every small thing alongside you.
Morning
Three tiny anchors — open the curtains, a glass of water, one stretch. Thirty seconds each. Moss does them too.
Day
One thing in front. The rest of the day sits behind it, visible and held, never counted at you.
Evening
Moss says what happened today, never what didn’t, and plants one seed for tomorrow.
Night
Moss sleeps. The app goes quiet with you.

How Moss uses AI
It notices, it doesn’t decide
Moss learns the shape of your days — when you have the most in you, what tends to slip — and shapes anchors and timing around it. What to do is always your call.
It never judges
Moss cannot suffer, scold or speak as a human relation. There are no streaks to break and no “behind” to catch up on.
Your words stay yours
Brain dumps and moods live on your device. Anything sent to a model is used only for that feature and never to train it.
